Broder Law Group, P.C. hires Ryan D. McCarty as new associate

Broder Law Group, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan D. McCarty, Esquire as a new associate.  Ryan will focus his practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, Florida domicile counseling, real estate, and small business collections.  He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business and Rutgers School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked for the corporate defense firm Hightower, Stratton, Wilhelm in West Palm Beach, Florida.  While at Hightower, Ryan routinely appeared in court on behalf of Fortune 500 companies in a wide variety of civil practice areas.  Ryan is licensed to practice law in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania and he is an active member of the Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law section.
