Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development, Inc. (MEND) develops, builds, owns, and manages affordable housing and is dedicated to providing safe and affordable rental housing to households of low and moderate income. Today, MEND’s portfolio consists of 717 residential units at 29 locations in South Jersey, housing well over 1,000 individuals.
