Broder Law Group, P.C. Associate Matthew J. Zonies Assumes Role as Rutgers SBDC Attorney/Instructor

(Press Release) June 9, 2014 – Broder Law Group, P.C. is pleased to announce associate Matthew J. Zonies has assumed a role as an attorney/legal instructor for the Rutgers Small Business Development Center (SBDC).  In connection with this role, Mr. Zonies will be teaching the Business Ownership, Contracts, and Agreements course as part of the Entrepreneurial Certificate Program offered through the Rutgers SBDC and Burlington County College, as well as serving as counsel to both the Rutgers SBDC and its clients.  Mr. Zonies’ practice consists of a broad range of corporate, real estate, and commercial transactions, as well as trust and estate matters.

The NJ Small Business Development Center at Rutgers-Camden (RSBDC) is part of a statewide network of service providers that offer counseling and affordable training to entrepreneurs in the State of New Jersey.  The RSBDC has been in existence for over 30 years and has helped thousands of individuals start and build successful businesses.  The award winning experienced consultants at the RSBDC provide training and counseling in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.
