Broder Law Group, P.C. Successfully Litigates to Place Student in Special Education Case

Broder Law Group, P.C. recently represented a Salem County family seeking to place their multiply disabled son in an appropriate placement to ensure he receives a free and appropriate public education “FAPE.”  In response to the resident district’s failure to provide FAPE for their son, BLG filed a Petition to have the student placed in a neighboring school district that would be appropriate for the student’s needs and be the least restrictive environment.  After multiple days of a Due Process Hearing, the school district agreed to place the student in the appropriate placement and pay for all of the Petitioners attorney fees.

According to Seth Broder, Esquire, of Broder Law Group, P.C., who litigated the case for the family, “I am very happy the district finally recognized the needs of the student and agreed to place him in the appropriate program.”
